Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Less than a week left before the New Year. On the 31st of December, exactly at midnight, people will raise their glasses and celebrate the main holiday - some in a close family circle, some in a noisy company of friends.

Some will have snowbanks and darkness outside their windows, while our clients and thousands of other residents of Batumi will see a shining, beautiful city.

2020 turned out to be a difficult year, constantly dictating new conditions (a pandemic, a ban on flights) to us, but we still adapted and continued to work. We completed the construction of Guru Residence (a modern complex in close proximity to the sea) and started construction of Guru Status. Made 3D-tours of apartments in the Guru Status, so that, not be able to fly to Batumi, you would appreciate the interiors of the flats.

The construction of the complexes did not stop for a day, but we carried out all the work in compliance with safety measures. We will continue to work and will look forward to the moment when you arrive on sunny Batumi, breathe in the fresh sea air, walk along the embankment, see all the sights.
