The Project is 80% Complete!

Thanks to the preparatory measures our company conducted this spring, we launched a significant amount of key work in the first month of summer, bringing us quickly closer to the full completion of the GURU Status residence.

We are excited to share our achievements during this period:

1. Installation of aluminum windows is complete.
2. Gypsum plastering of all living spaces is complete.
3. Application of a triple waterproofing layer on the facade is complete.
4. Framework of the underground parking is complete.
5. Elevator area is 50% complete.
6. Installation of balcony railings has begun.
7. Gypsum plastering of stairwells has begun.
8. Installation of point electric cables in living spaces has begun.
9. Installation of aluminum composite panels on the roof has begun.
10. Installation of granite tiles in the corridors of the complex has begun.
11. Work on pouring the foundation for the outdoor pool has begun.
12. Preparations for installing entrance doors are underway.
