We are leaving Guru Residence (Angisa street, 8) and walking along the Seafront Boulevard. Our first stop is the Miracle Park at the end of the boulevard. While we are walking, we can rest, breathe in the sea air and watch the dancing fountains. In the meantime, we got to the Miracle Park. There are several attractions. Let’s first sit down at the table with the heroes of the sculpture "Me, you and Batumi" and take beautiful pictures.
Nearby you can see the Alphabetic Tower. An architect Alberto Domingo Kabo was projected it. It is a kind of tribute to the Georgian language. The tower looks like a DNA molecule, but there are letters of the Georgian alphabet instead of nucleotides. In the evenings, the bright backlight turns on. There is a sphere on the top of the tower that located a restaurant and two-level observation deck in. The sphere spins slowly, so we can see Batumi all around. If you want to have a rest, eat deliсious food, and admire the city from a bird's eye view, we will wait for you.
By the way, from the observation desk you probably have seen the most romantic sculpture in Batumi – "Ali & Nino". The moving figures of lovers always attract the eyes of tourists. The couple's story is tragic, but this doesn’t detract from the beauty of the sculpture.
It’s time to continue our journey. Now we’re coming to the Chacha Tower. Actually, Chacha Tower is a fountain. Once a week, for 15 minutes, the fountain turns on and pleases residents of the city and tourists with free chacha (Georgian grape vodka). Time, when the fountain turns on, is highly classified, although many people try to figure it out. How soon will you be able to do this when you move to Batumi?
Let’s gradually return to the city center. But first let's stop near the Europe Square, look at the fabulous tower with the astronomical clock. Do you know that the clock shows not only the time but also the sides of the horizon, the phases of the moon, and the signs of the zodiac?
