Всегда хотела себе квартиру с панорамными окнами. Правда, в Москве особо не на что смотреть – сплошные серые дома. Поэтому, когда встал вопрос о переезде в Батуми, я решила исполнить свою мечту. Скоро заселюсь в комплекс «Гуру Резиденс», у меня в квартире будут панорамные окна и вид на море! Ура!

I have a friend, Lana, who lives in Georgia. She always told me about the beautiful nature, mountains and sea. And suddenly I realized that I wanted to live near her in Batumi. She recommended me this company, and I moved house a month later. Now I'm here, live in Guru StartUp, and I’m very happy.

I always said that I needed more expanse in the apartment. So I think that the apartment in the Guru Residence is the best choice: large area, high ceilings and much of light. I like it!

I needed some rest after the difficult year and decided to move to Batumi. I went to Guru Holding and asked managers to pick up an apartment for me. Soon I will live in Guru Residence, and hope I will enjoy my life again!
